When you contact us we will ask you a few simple questions to establish some details about your system or particular problem and give you a firm quote to consider. We can attend your property at a time to suit yourself, with regular slots available from Monday to Saturday, dawn till dusk, so you can be at home when we attend if you'd prefer. Once that appointment time is made - we will be there - because we refuse to waste your time.
One of our fully trained, uniformed drivers will arrive at your home at the pre-arranged time in a well maintained & clean truck, which is designed to be small enough to access most properties with ease, yet equipped to reach even the most remote tanks. Our driver will then do whatever is neccessary to empty and condition your tank, so it will operate with at maximum efficiency.
As a fully licenced waste operative, we will then provide you with our Home Owners pack, containing all the necessary documents to show that your tank has been emptied in accordance with all current DEFRA & Environment Agency guidelines and that it is to be treated at a registered water treatment plant- that is our promise to you. Unlike others, we do not believe in dumping it on a farmer's field to eventually turn up on your dinner plate!
